Little Miss Lillian

Lillian Dee Hales was born Friday March 19th at 11:49 am!

She weighed 8 lbs 10 oz.

She is 21.5 inches long and has lots of hair!

Counting Down

Well we officially have two weeks left until the baby is due!  Adam and I are anxiously waiting for her to come, but unfortunately at the current time baby Hales is not cooperating and is still breech.  This means that unless she flips over on her own, I will be having a c-section. 

We have already tried an external cephalic version (fancy name) where the doctors tried to push on my tummy to get her to move around.  Naturally being hard-headed like her mother, the baby refused to move and is quite content being the wrong direction. Luckily everything is fine with her and hopefully in a few days we get to meet her one way or another!!

Ode to Adam

A few more pictures of my nephew Ethan, this time with Adam.  We are just a few weeks from meeting our own little baby, and Adam has been practicing his fatherhood skills (Thanks Britt!) on Ethan.  Luckily by the time our girl comes, he will be a pro at holding her!

A Year in Review

I spent some time in Hawaii with Adam's family and left him working, ha ha poor guy.

 

Had a great weekend in San Diego with my uncles Randy and Jim!

 

Went to Vail, CO with Adam's parents and grandparents.

And finally, we got our first nephew, Ethan, in November.  He is about the most adorable thing in the world!

Baby Girl!

Well we found out about a week ago that our new baby (due sometime the end of March) is going to be a little girl. I am so excited! It is great to know, but part of me still wonders if our tech is right! Since ultrasounds are not diagnostic, there is always a chance the baby could be a boy! Hopefully we end up with a little girl because that is what we are planning for (its hard to not buy cute pink outfits everywhere)!!! Here are a few pictures - she is already getting so big and loves to move around - especially when I want to sleep!
